Class Voucher Terms & Conditions //

  • Vouchers are purchased to enable attendance at various classes run by GCP (including Functional Rehab and Mums & Bubs Exercise)

  • Vouchers are required to be purchased and paid in full PRIOR to your attendance at a relevant class

  • A voucher for 6 visits will have an expiry date of 8 weeks after your first class booking related to that voucher

  • A voucher for 10 visits will have an expiry date of 12 weeks after your first class booking related to that voucher

  • Expiry dates may be extended at the discretion of your treating physiotherapist for medical reasons (e.g. you have an operation that requires ceasing of classes for recovery; you give birth)

  • If GCP is required to cancel a class due to circumstances beyond our control, the expiry date for any affected vouchers will be extended accordingly

  • When a voucher expires, any unused credit is forfeited. A new voucher will need to be purchased and paid in full before attending further classes

  • You need to provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your class. Ideally, you should try to attend another class in the same week if possible, to ensure you progress with your treatment as expected. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you may incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of attending the class - see our Late Cancellation Policy available on our website. https://www.goodcountryphysio.com.au/late-cancellations
