Pensioners
Provide your pension details to our receptionist to receive 10% off each consultation and $8 off each class (including the cost of class vouchers).
Class Vouchers
Many of our classes require the purchase of a voucher of either 6 or 10 classes. A 10 class voucher gets you one class for free. Note that expiry dates apply to all vouchers and the free class cannot be claimed on your private health. To make a claim, you will need to request a receipt from our receptionist once the voucher has been used up.

Chronic Disease Management
A rebate of $60.35 per appointment is available for a maximum of 5 appointments per calendar year across all allied health services (e.g. podiatry, physiotherapy, diabetes educator, psychologist etc). This is paid by Medicare when referred by a doctor, with all the necessary paperwork provided to the physiotherapist. Appointments are charged at the Private rates above, and the rebate is processed immediately after full payment has been received.
Department of Veteran's Affairs
Paid by DVA if a Veteran's Affairs gold card holder.
CHSP - Commonwealth Home Support Program
Subsidised by Boandik - may cover frail, aged, disabled and some children if inclusion criteria met.

NDIS - National Disability Insurance Scheme
If you have a disability, and you meet the requirements of the NDIS, you may be able to access treatment under the scheme. Visit the NDIS web site or phone 1800 800 110 to begin the application process. Good Country Physiotherapy can provide services for NDIS recipients who are self-managed or plan-managed.
Workcover
Paid by Workcover or Employer if appropriate approvals have been given. Written referral is usually needed from your treating doctor. Full payment is required if no claim number can be provided at the time of your appointment.
Late Cancellations/Missed Appointments
You will be charged the full cost of your missed appointment if you give less than 24 hours notice that you are unable to attend. Please see our policy, linked here.
