Graduate Training Program //

Our nationally recognised Graduate Training program will give you the best possible start to your physiotherapy career in private practice.

Our supportive team work together to provide you with the following inclusions:

  • weekly inservices/tutorials with the training coordinator and/or other senior staff (one hour)

  • monthly physiotherapy team inservices with internal and external guest speakers (one to two hours)

  • weekly patient chats with another physiotherapist to discuss patient cases (30 minutes)

  • daily support with 30 minutes allocated every day with a physiotherapist or time for reflection, for as long as you require it

  • regular caseload reviews to ensure you're not feeling overwhelmed

  • mentoring support from senior phyiotherapists

  • opportunity to double-book complex patients with an experienced physiotherapist

  • watched assessments during the year

  • funding for external Pilates & GLA:D courses

  • additional CPD allowance of $1000 FTE per annum to use on the following suggested PD courses: Level 1 sports course, Level 1 spinal course (or other course by negotiation)

  • support to find your feet in a new community in your areas of interest
