Good Country Physiotherapy (GCP) was established in 2004 by Angela Willsmore. Since then, the practice has continued to grow, providing physiotherapy services to the Limestone Coast community. Today, GCP operates across Naracoorte, Bordertown, Keith, Kingston SE and Mt Gambier, supported by a dedicated team of physiotherapists and administrative staff.

The Position

An excellent opportunity to join our friendly administrative team at Good Country Physiotherapy.

Based in Naracoorte, you will work 3 days per week, in conjunction with our teams across Naracoorte, Mt Gambier, Bordertown and Keith.

You will be the welcoming face of GCP to our patients, providing efficient and timely administrative support to our physiotherapy team.

Your role will include:

• Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.

• Assisting with patient bookings, cancellations and appointment changes.

• Providing general administrative support to the physiotherapy team.

• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the practice.

About You

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and eager to learn, with a friendly and professional approach to patient care.

You will need to show us that you:

• Have excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Have strong customer service and communication skills.

• Have attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems.

• Are reliable, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Have a friendly and professional manner when interacting with patients and staff.

Knowledge or experience using Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.
