Receptionist - Permanent Part Time 3 days per week

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join us at Good Country Physiotherapy. Working closely with a great admin team, you will be the welcoming face of GCP to our patients and provide efficient and timely support to our physio team.  You will work 3 days per week in our Bordertown clinic.

 

Duties include:

  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone and face to face

  • Managing patient bookings, payments and files

  • Providing general administrative support to physios and the management team

  • General office duties

 

You will need:

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • To be able to prioritise your time

  • To understand the confidentiality requirements of a physiotherapy practice

  • To have experience in utilising the Microsoft suite of programs effectively

  • To be able to work as part of a team, and also independently 

  • To be reliable
