This online tool has been designed to help all farmers get more out of life and manage things beyond their control like the weather. It is not just for people with mental health issues.

Stresses on the farm could include:

  • Alcohol and drug use

  • Fires, floods and other natural disasters

  • Droughts

  • Domestic violence

  • Unhappy relationships – work or personal

  • Grief or loss

  • Conflict

  • Financial stress

  • Suicide and mental health

The website was designed by Aussie farmers who would like to help other Aussie farmers with life’s challenges. This can be done on any device, including your computer and mobile phone.

There are 5 modules you complete:

Each module takes 30 minutes to complete but you can have the option of saving the module and resuming at a more convenient time. Every 2 weeks the next module is released to you so there is no rush or urgency to get through them.
