Medical Transport 

Australian Red Cross Transport in your area is available for over 65’s who are registered with My Aged Care. They will need a referral code from MAC and then call our Client Services Team on 1300 559 992 or email communityconnect@redcross.org,au

The criteria for access the services is below:

You can book the Transport service if:

• you’re      heading to a social event

• you’re      going to do the shopping

• you’re      attending an event in town

• you’re      going to a non-emergency medical appointment.

Daily Welfare Checks (TeleCROSS)

Weekly Phone Chats (TeleCHAT)

Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (ACVVS)
